This world is just too crazy now! Very sad story.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12033873209155596679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3133983632605059198.post-49169735031903028592009-04-16T18:06:00.000-07:002009-04-16T18:06:00.000-07:00I almost wrote about this for Mama Kat too - even ...I almost wrote about this for Mama Kat too - even though its only "in my neck of the woods" in the way that all of CA is in my neck of the woods. Everything I read about this makes me so sad and so mad at that woman. I cannot believe we can't trust people we know. It makes it so much harder, and life can already be hard.Musings of the Mrs.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12831576589086247898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3133983632605059198.post-57680850916475599162009-04-16T08:47:00.000-07:002009-04-16T08:47:00.000-07:00Kimmy, you are so right. When I first heard it was a woman, I of course went through the shock. We all thought it was a man. My first thought was "Well, maybe this is the bright side of it." If there really is ever a bright side in situations like this. I just thought though, that maybe the little girl hadn't been sexually assaulted since it was a woman.

Then my hubs pointed out that maybe the mom had accidentally pushed the girl and didn't want to go to jail for it. Still wrong, but maybe it wasn't MURDER. You know??

Then to find out that she DID rape the little girl with a foreign object and DID murder her on purpose... It just breaks your heart. My prayers go out to that family. :(Young Mommahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02130063866026301539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3133983632605059198.post-51669851361246008942009-04-15T12:10:00.000-07:002009-04-15T12:10:00.000-07:00I'm in the Bay Area too, and this is just such a h...I'm in the Bay Area too, and this is just such a horrific story.
