{My Aunt with Santa, my husband}Worried About My Aunt In Hawaii!
With the earthquake in Chile and the tsunami warnings for Hawaii, it really is causing concern. My mom called my aunt (that's her sister) and the line was busy. She also called my grandpa who lives out here but his line was busy also which makes me think the two are on the phone together. I hope but I also hope that my aunt is getting out of harms way too. You see, she lives on the island of Oahu right at the base of Diamond Head. Not far from the beach at all. So I'm sure you can imagine my concern. The news are saying the waves are measured up to 8 ft which doesn't concern me fort where she is but that's just all speculation too. I just assume she go inland and avoid the whole thing all together until it's safe.

Hopefully your aunt will be okay. Just pray about it. Nothing will happen without God allowing it to. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend! :D
Yes, I hope your aunt is safe too. I am watching CNN and so far so good. They say it is going to be an hour or two that they will watch it.

Glad the Tsnumai really didn't happen like they said it would! Erik's aunt and uncle live on the main island and we couldn't get through on the phone lines at all. Hate when things happen like this and all the phone lines get jammed - scary stuff!
I'm glad Hawaii was spared. Assuming that means your aunt is safe and sound.
