As you all know, last week we were going camping for the Memorial Day weekend. We went for a couple days, so it was nice to get away. We had a blast too! So much so that I ended up taking over 400 pictures. Geez! Yes, I took my Canon too. I couldn't pass up the opportunity of getting some really good photos.
Every time we go camping, we love to go hiking. This trip was no different....okay, so maybe it was a little. It was different in the fact of how many miles we hiked this trip. Normally we hike around 4-5 miles. This time?? Are you ready?? We hikes over 10 miles!!! Can you believe that? It was actually split up between two days. We had originally planned on just doing a 5.5 mile hike but because I felt like I ate crappy the day before we had to come home, I said I wanted to do another hike before heading home. It was so much fun too!! I wish I could share all my pics with you but I just choose a handful or two to share.

We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go again in a month. Next up.......Fabulous Las Vegas......in 2 weeks!!!! WOO HOO!!

The thought of camping always scares me. I blame it on the movies. They always have some random snake or bear attacking campers. Those images are stuck in my head forever.

What a fun time, Kimmy! My husband's family makes it an annual tradition to go camping every Memorial Day. Sadly, this year was a no go.
You're also going to Vegas in two weeks?? Wow! I have to say that Vegas is more my type of outing. :)
