This past Thursday, my daughter wanted me to take her out and do a little photoshoot with her. I was reluctant for the simple fact that I was tired and it was getting late but after her grabbing a bag full of clothes to change in (LOL!), I decided to do it. Just without all the change of clothes. I told her to pick one outfit and put it on.
I have to admit....it's been over a year since I last did a "photoshoot". Honestly, I felt all out of sorts too. I just couldn't get the photos I wanted. However, the more I took, the more I started to relax. I just didn't think I got a lot that I was happy with.
Once I got home and uploaded them, I did find a few that I really liked. I just still don't think my best was there.
Here, I was messing with the settings and in the midst of messing with them, I took a few shots just to see where I was at in the color {because the color was all washed out}, I came across a few that I actually liked. Sure, not everyone's cup of tea but that's what makes everyone different. Personally, I loved the look it gave!!
Now, she wants me to do a "4th of July" photoshoot.
I'm a bit curious as to what I come up with.
We shall see :o)

With such a pretty model it's easy to take beautiful photos. Love those cute little pink flip-flops too!!

These are awesome! I love the different angles! I keep reading where you've got to pick up that camera every day to really get into the groove of shooting, but I'm lucky if I get to pick up my camera once a week lol.
